Delivery & Warranty

Delivery

We offer an express (3-5 working day) and economy (7-10 working day) delivery service. After your balustrade order has been picked our logistics team will contact you with a suggested delivery date and approximate time and discuss any special requirements that you may have. Warranty

We want you to spend your time enjoying your balustrades – not maintaining them. Because of NeoTimber’s high product quality and durability, we are able to offer a limited 25-year warranty for residential applications, 10-year for commercial applications, that covers material defects on NeoTimber® aluminium balustrade products.
