Delivery & Warranty

Delivery

We offer an express (3-5 working day) and economy (7-10 working day) delivery service. After your balustrade order has been picked our logistics team will contact you with a suggested delivery date and approximate time and discuss any special requirements that you may have. We will generally call you on the day of your delivery to confirm all details. For more information please refer to the NeoTimber® delivery policy.

Warranty

We want you to spend your time enjoying your balustrades – not maintaining them. Because of NeoTimber’s high product quality and durability, we are able to offer a limited 25-year warranty for residential applications, 10-year for commercial applications, that covers material defects on NeoTimber® aluminium balustrade products.
