Are NeoTimber® Clearance Products still covered by warranty?
Yes, clearance items carry the same manufacturing warranty as our standard NeoTimber® range, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. The reduced price reflects end-of-line status, not product quality.
Why are some Clearance Products not FSC® certified?
A number of our clearance lines are older, non-FSC® stock being phased out in favour of our current FSC®-certified composite range. Any Non-FSC® products are clearly labelled on their listing, so you always know exactly what you're buying.
Will more products be added to the Clearance collection?
Yes, new lines are added periodically as stock is identified for clearance. Since availability changes regularly, it's worth checking back if you don't see what you need right now.
Can I order a large quantity of a Clearance product?
Possibly, but because clearance stock is limited and won't be restocked, larger orders can't always be guaranteed in full. Contact our team before ordering to confirm available quantities.
