Decking
NeoTimber® composite decking is covered by a limited warranty. The warranty applies to NeoTimber® Classic Lite, Classic Hollow, Classic Solid, Deluxe Hollow and Deluxe Solid decking ranges, and protects against material and manufacturing defects when the product is installed and used in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance.
The standard warranty period is 25 years for residential applications and 10 years for commercial or high-use environments, with Classic Lite carrying a 10-year residential warranty. Coverage includes protection against structural failure such as splitting, splintering, rot, or fungal decay under normal service conditions.
The warranty is conditional upon correct installation, use, and maintenance, and excludes issues such as improper installation, structural movement of the supporting subframe or ground, normal weathering, colour variation, surface staining, and general wear and tear over time. Remedies are limited to product replacement or refund of the original purchase price, at NeoTimber’s discretion, and do not include labour, removal, or associated costs.

NeoTimber® composite deck tiles are covered by a limited warranty. This warranty applies to modular composite decking tile systems and protects against manufacturing and material defects under normal residential and commercial use conditions.
The warranty provides 25 years of cover for residential applications and 10 years for commercial, public or high-traffic environments, in line with usage intensity and environmental exposure expectations. Coverage applies to defects affecting structural integrity, including splitting, splintering, rot, and fungal decay when the product is installed and maintained in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance.
This warranty is strictly conditional upon correct installation, appropriate sub-base preparation, and adherence to NeoTimber® installation and maintenance instructions. It does not cover issues such as incorrect installation, substrate movement or instability, improper use, environmental extremes, or natural wear, weathering, and cosmetic changes over time.
NeoTimber® aluminium decking is covered by a limited structural warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® aluminium decking systems and covers structural integrity under normal residential and commercial use conditions, including resistance to material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty provides 25 years of structural cover for residential applications and 10 years for commercial, public or high-traffic environments. In addition, the factory-applied powder-coated finish is covered by a separate 10-year finish warranty, protecting against defects such as peeling, flaking, blistering or adhesion failure.
Coverage applies only where products are installed and maintained in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance. It does not cover cosmetic changes, natural weathering, colour variation, surface wear, or damage caused by incorrect installation, structural movement of the subframe or surrounding structure, or environmental conditions outside normal expectations. Remedies are limited to replacement or refund of product value and exclude labour, removal, or associated costs.
Cladding
NeoTimber® composite cladding is covered by a limited warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® composite cladding systems and is designed to protect against manufacturing and material defects under normal residential and commercial use conditions.
The warranty provides 25 years of structural cover for residential installations and 10 years for commercial, public, or high-traffic applications, reflecting differing usage intensity and environmental exposure. Coverage includes protection against structural defects such as splitting, splintering, rot, and fungal decay when the product is installed and maintained in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance.

It does not cover cosmetic changes, weathering, colour variation, surface staining, or damage caused by improper installation, structural movement of the supporting substrate or building, environmental conditions outside normal expectations, or general wear and tear.
Fencing
NeoTimber® composite fencing is covered by a limited warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® composite fencing systems, including boards, posts and associated components, and is designed to protect against manufacturing and material defects under normal residential and commercial use conditions.
The warranty provides 25 years of cover for residential applications and 10 years for commercial, public or high-traffic environments, reflecting differing levels of usage and environmental exposure. Coverage includes protection against structural defects such as splitting, splintering, rot, and fungal decay when installed and maintained in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance.
This warranty is conditional upon correct installation, proper use, and ongoing maintenance in line with NeoTimber® instructions. It does not cover issues such as incorrect installation, structural movement or settlement of supporting ground or posts, environmental factors such as flooding or extreme weather, colour variation, weathering, or general wear and tear over time.
Balustrades
NeoTimber® composite balustrade systems are covered by a limited warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® composite balustrade products and is designed to protect against manufacturing and material defects under normal residential and commercial use conditions.
The warranty provides 25 years of cover for residential applications and 10 years for commercial, public or high-traffic installations, reflecting differing levels of use and environmental exposure. Coverage includes protection against structural defects such as splitting, splintering, rot, and fungal decay when the system is installed and maintained in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance.
This warranty is conditional upon correct installation, appropriate use, and ongoing maintenance in line with NeoTimber® instructions. It does not cover issues such as incorrect installation, structural movement or failure of the supporting substrate or fixings, environmental extremes, colour variation, weathering, or general wear and tear over time.
NeoTimber® aluminium balustrade systems are covered by a limited structural warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® aluminium balustrade products, including posts, rails, spindles, wire systems, screen panels, glass systems, brackets and associated components, and protects against manufacturing and material defects under normal installation and use conditions.
The warranty provides 25 years of structural cover for residential applications and 10 years for commercial, public or high-traffic installations, reflecting differing levels of use and environmental exposure. Coverage includes protection against structural failure and defects affecting aluminium components when installed in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance.
This warranty is conditional upon correct installation, appropriate use, and maintenance in line with NeoTimber® instructions. It does not cover issues such as incorrect installation, movement or failure of supporting structures or fixings, corrosion resulting from external environmental conditions outside normal expectations, cosmetic changes, coating wear, or general wear and tear over time.
Furniture
NeoTimber® composite outdoor furniture is covered by a limited warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® composite furniture products and protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use conditions.
The warranty provides 15 years of cover from the date of delivery, and includes protection against structural failure caused by manufacturing defects when the products are used as intended. It also confirms that NeoTimber® composite furniture is designed to resist rot, decay and splintering under normal outdoor environmental exposure.
This warranty is conditional upon correct assembly, use, and maintenance in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance. It does not cover normal wear and tear, colour variation, fading, weathering, or minor movement, flexing or deformation resulting from normal material behaviour, environmental conditions or prolonged loading.
NeoTimber® recycled plastic furniture is covered by a limited warranty. This warranty applies to all NeoTimber® recycled plastic furniture products and protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use conditions.
The warranty provides 25 years of cover from the date of original delivery, and includes protection against structural failure resulting from manufacturing defects when products are used as intended. It also confirms that NeoTimber® recycled plastic furniture will not rot, decay or splinter under normal use throughout the warranty period.
This warranty is conditional upon correct assembly, use, and maintenance in accordance with NeoTimber® guidance. It does not cover normal wear and tear, colour variation, fading, weathering, surface texture differences inherent to recycled plastic materials, or natural expansion, contraction, flexing or creep associated with the material over time.
