Within our composite fencing price guide, we outline our composite fencing prices to help you budget your project more accurately.

When exploring NeoTimber’s composite fencing prices, there are a few things you’ll need to consider. Because of the versatility of garden projects that use our products, we have given you the option to buy either completed composite fencing panels, or individual fencing components that can be used for specific applications. Because the list of materials can widely differ between projects, it can make getting a grasp on cost a difficult task!

Below, we have outlined everything you need to be aware of with NeoTimber’s composite fencing prices…

Buying By Panel? Here’s The Price You Can Expect

All of our completed composite fencing panels are 1.8m in length, and will cost £250.00 inc. VAT. This price will be the same for both the Deluxe and Slatted ranges, and for both soft and hard ground installations. Should you include a decorative screen within your panel, the price will rise to £275.00 inc. VAT. To work out how many composite fence panels, fence screens, and fence posts your outdoor project will need, you will first need to measure the linear metreage of the proposed site.

Buying By Component? Here’s The Price You Can Expect

NeoTimber’s composite fencing is supplied in components, with individual posts, boards, capping rails, and fixings, making it easier to install onto both soft ground and hard ground surfaces and at varying heights. Alongside this, we offer a wide range of additional accessories such as composite gates, decorative screens and post inserts for concrete and timber retro-fit options.

The price of these items varies and more information on these products can be found on our components page, which provides a full breakdown of all the individual items you can purchase as a part of your NeoTimber® fencing solution.

Try Our Fencing Price Calculators

We have adapted our online fencing calculators to help you work out an estimation of your costing as both full panels or in its modular component form. Looking for a simple 1.8m panel install? Head over to our fencing panel calculator, and simply input your linear meterage and the number of individual runs required into the calculator and it will generate a price accordingly.

Our fencing component calculator, on the other hand, offers a much wider range of configurable inputs, giving you the option to input a desired height for your fence, your preferred post type and whether a decorative screen would be required within your design.

Reduce Fencing Costs With NeoTimber’s Retrofit Options

It can be incredibly frustrating to completely pull apart a pre-existing garden fencing project in order to replace it, especially if you spent a lot of money having it installed in the first place. However, the customisable nature of NeoTimber’s fencing system can help you to keep the investment of any previous installations, by allowing you to retrofit and rejuvenate any posts made from concrete or timber.

This means that you do not necessarily have to buy our composite posts for a complete NeoTimber® fencing solution, saving on composite fencing prices. Instead, you can focus on the individual composite fence slats, capping rails, and insert fixings needed to create a composite fence panel using timber or concrete supports. Buying these individual pieces in component form will also help to massively reduce your costs, keeping the overall budget of your garden project down.

Composite Fencing Price FAQs

NeoTimber’s 1.8m composite fencing panel sets start at £250.00 inc. VAT. However, the modular nature of the system means that there are numerous different applications that the solution can be used for, which inevitably effects pricing. Our fencing products can be purchased in both panel and component form, so we recommend checking out our fencing pricing calculators for more of an in-depth idea on exactly how much our fencing products will cost. Whilst some of the processes of installing composite fencing differ from those of timber, the time associated with installation is similar. Installation prices, therefore, should match those quoted for timber fencing installs. We recommend using an installer who has experience using composite fencing and to ensure they follow our fencing installation guidelines throughout.

There is no doubting that the initial price of composite fencing is greater than timber. This mainly comes down to the fact that composite fencing is a manufactured product, comprised of a composite of materials, such as recycled plastic and timber.

Composite fencing is viewed as an investment, with the overall maintenance costs associated with the product a fraction of those associated with timber. Not only this, but the longevity of the product, with a 25-year residential and 10-year commercial warranty, represents exceptional long-term value. Not only does the product perform year-on-year, the capped composite material and marine-grade aluminium used in the system ensure the product looks fantastic for a number of years, also. Though NeoTimber’s composite solution may seem more expensive in the short term, it is important to consider the long-term costs when deciding on a fencing material appropriate for your garden space. Timber fencing may seem incredibly attractive for the particularly budget conscious, but expensive painting, staining, and treating will be needed to keep the completed panels preserved. On top of this, as a natural material, it will eventually decompose due to the effects of weathering, leading to the eventual need for a full, expensive replacement.
