Our composite handrail is made of capped composite wood, protecting the handrail from any moisture absorption. This means that they don’t warp or rot like timber. Compatible with our decking and cladding products, our balustrade handrails make a perfect match for the complete garden design. They are available in five stunning colours, charcoal, antique, chocolate, grey and teak.

Technical Specifications Of Composite Decking Handrails
The NeoTimber® composite handrail is supplied in lengths of approximately 1.8 metres, these may need to be cut down to size for your installation. Should you need to do this, use a carbide-tipped saw blade to account for the composition of the material. There is a top and bottom rail, each pre-moulded with inserts for the spindles, for a safe, pleasing aesthetic.

This means that it is shielded in a polymer shell which protects the more absorbent materials from moisture, so spills and stains simply wipe away, without any extra scrubbing. Whether sticky finger residue, bird deposits or other miscellaneous marks, the polymer shell protects the handrail from corrosion and damage through spills and stains.
Simple To Install
Thanks to the component-based design of our composite decking handrails, they are easy to install. There is no need for expensive access equipment or plant hire as the individual pieces are light enough that they can be installed directly. The galvanised insert allows you to screw the steel insert directly into the steel post mounts for a strong and secure fix.
