Most orders are delivered on a long wheel-based van by a member of our dedicated NeoTimber® delivery team. For larger deliveries, we will use a suitable heavy goods vehicle with a higher weight capacity. Our logistics team will always contact customers ahead of delivery to ensure all is good to go. We never just turn up unannounced, our driver will also ring you on the day to give you an accurate ETA so you’re not hanging around waiting all day.
