Composite Decking For A Large Corner Plot
Project Background
Situated in Sutton Coldfield, a large town, less than 8 miles from the centre of Birmingham. Mark Cash lives in a six-bedroom detached property that stands proudly on a large corner plot, on the perimeter of a 20-year-old estate.
Moving into the home in 2013, our customer takes pride in his garden. When Mark first purchased the property, one part of the garden was sectioned off to create a tranquil seating area. However, wanting a bigger, more accessible space, five years ago, he removed the partitions and invested heavily in a beautiful Eucalyptus deck which he oiled to bring out the natural shine. Mark spent a great deal of time and effort sanding and oiling the decking to try and maintain it. However, he found that this was incredibly labour-intensive. Despite his best efforts, the wooden deck quickly suffered corrosion and in a relatively short time, he was left looking for a replacement.
Turning to a professional landscaper, Jake from Bespoke Garden Designs, he discussed the various options available to him.

Following discussions with Jake, our sales team recommended an installation of our Classic chocolate range. Supplied as a solid board, rather than extruded, Jake commented that the boards were reassuringly heavy and felt very durable. He also stated that the woodgrain effect was of a realistic style and a high quality.
The reason we recommended the chocolate colour range is because the customer had brown woodgrain uPVC windows, doors, and conservatory; our chocolate range is a perfect match. We supplied Jake with Classic chocolate boards with the 3mm metal FastClips, corner trims and edge boards.
