All of NeoTimber’s products are distributed with our own courier service. This is done to ensure the products are not damaged in transit.
PRICING & PURCHASING
Although we offer a UK nationwide delivery service, you can collect your order from our Coalville based warehouse. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 15:00. Simply choose the “local pickup” option when you reach the check-out of our online shop, or contact our sales team on 01509 369 874.
The delivery time for your order will depend on which delivery service you selected at the checkout. The timeframe is 3-5 working days with our Express Delivery option, or alternatively, 7-10 working days with our Economy option.
We have a showroom based in Coalville, Leicester, UK. You are welcome to visit from Monday to Friday, between our opening times of 09:00 – 17:30. Ring us on 01509 369 874 to arrange an appointment.

INSTALLATION
You can saw plastic. We recommend using circular blades with crossed teeth, and starting the cut from the front facing site, so the cut goes through the back face of the plastic profile.
Plastic can be drilled. Make sure to remove any plastic waste and pause to allow the plastic to cool down from the heat of friction.
Unlike timber, the compact surface of plastic is hard to staple. We would recommend using alternative methods of fixing.
Should you need to, standard timber planing tools can be used. Always plane in the direction away from yourself.
TECHNICAL
If storing the plastic underneath direct sunlight, the profile of the furniture may go slightly out of alignment and distort. To avoid this, store any individual plastic pieces on a flat surface, strapped in batches.
Most materials, including plastic, will expand during changes in temperature.
All of the recycled plastic is carefully selected, before being washed, shredded and blended together. It is checked for quality several times throughout the process.
Plastic will heat under intense sunlight. We would recommend choosing shaded or sheltered areas when storing your furniture.
AFTER CARE
NeoTimber’s plastic furniture is designed to be extremely low maintenance, and any staining and marks can be simply wiped down with a sponge and hot soapy water. View our cleaning and care page for more detailed information.
