NeoTimber® Furniture - Warranty Terms

Subject as stated below, NeoTimber® warrants to its Customer that its NeoTimber plastic  furniture have a durability life of up to 25 years from the date of delivery. Expressly excluded from this warranty are as follows:

• Degradation caused by chemical contamination.
• Physical damage, thermal expansion or other failure due to severe and/or fluctuating temperatures.
• Discolouration of brown NeoTimber profiles.

The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or by the conduct of the Customer and/or any third parties (including incorrect assembly, positioning, improper use or other failure to follow NeoTimber’s recommendations and conditions of use for the relevant profiles). This warranty does not apply to applications assembled from NeoTimber® profiles such as furniture or other items but only to the component profiles.

In the event there is a breach of this warranty accepted by NeoTimber® the only liability shall be to supply replacement profiles. NeoTimber® shall not be liable to refund the purchase price or to give compensation for any other loss or consequential claim.
