Because all of NeoTimber’s furniture products is made from premium recycled plastic, you know it’s built to last. Because we are so confident in the quality of our recycled plastic furniture range, we offer a 25-year warranty for commercial & residential projects. Subject as stated below, NeoTimber warrants to its Customer that its NeoTimber plastic
furniture have a durability life of up to 25 years from the date of delivery.
Expressly excluded from this warranty are as follows:

  • Degradation caused by chemical contamination.
  • Physical damage, thermal expansion or other failure due to severe and/or fluctuating temperatures.
  • Discolouration of brown NeoTimber profiles.

The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or by the conduct of the Customer and/or any third parties (including incorrect assembly, positioning, improper use or other failure to follow NeoTimber’s recommendations and conditions of use for the relevant profiles).

This warranty does not apply to applications assembled from NeoTimber profiles such as furniture or other items but only to the component profiles.

In the event there is a breach of this warranty accepted by NeoTimber the only liability shall be to supply replacement profiles. NeoTimber shall not be liable to refund the purchase price or to give compensation for any other loss or consequential claim.

Recycled Plastic Furniture Cleaning & Care Guide

All of NeoTimber’s recycled plastic furniture is designed to be long lasting, with minimal maintenance required to keep it looking its best. Unlike timber or metal alternatives, you will not need to treat the furniture with preservatives to protect the material from the effects of weathering. However, an occasional clean will ensure your furniture products retain their high-quality, premium looks.

We recommend cleaning your plastic furniture products every six months, as dirt and dust will accumulate with normal usage. Thankfully, most staining can be lifted using hot, soapy water and a lint free cloth. Stronger marks can be cleared with a hose, a pressure washer, or with solvent free detergent sprays.
