Installation

You can saw plastic. We recommend using circular blades with crossed teeth, and starting the cut from the front facing site, so the cut goes through the back face of the plastic profile.

Plastic can be drilled. Make sure to remove any plastic waste and pause to allow the plastic to cool down from the heat of friction.

Unlike timber, the compact surface of plastic is hard to staple. We would recommend using alternative methods of fixing.

Should you need to, standard timber planing tools can be used. Always plane in the direction away from yourself.
