Keep in colour with NeoTimber’s composite fade resistant fencing.
Many fencing materials look fantastic when initially installed. However, the effects of prolonged exposure to sunlight can make the surface of your fencing boards rapidly lose their colour. Plastic becomes whiter, timber, unless stained, also gets paler, and even some first-generation traditional composite can fade. With our new fade resistant composite fencing, the colour of your fencing will last for far longer, helping to elevate the look of your outdoor design.
UV Inhibitors
With NeoTimber’s fade-resistant fencing solution, the colour of your fencing is more long lasting than other fencing alternatives. It can be extremely frustrating when you have spent a long time deliberating over which specific tone you want for your fencing, only for it to become a lighter, more washed-out version of the same colour after a few months of sunlight.
Thankfully, the capped surface of our fencing boards helps keep the material fade resistant, by protecting it from the discolouring effects of sunlight. We have carefully crafted and designed our capped fencing boards with UV inhibitors, which preserve the oils, pigments, and dye present in the material, allowing it to keep its colour.
Dual-Tone Colours
The tonal rustic aesthetics of real timber fencing make it a much-desired material for outdoor builds. However, in order to keep timber at its visual best, it requires a lot of painting, treating, and preserving, which are all time consuming, laborious processes. Without this treatment, timber is prone to decomposition and decay, as it absorbs moisture. Concrete, whilst long lasting, is very uniform and bland in its visual appeal, and will too discolour and fade with UV light.
With NeoTimber®, great steps have been made to ensure the colour of our composite fencing boards remain as naturalistic, vibrant, and rich as possible. Our fade resistant fencing comes in a wide selection of gorgeous, dual-toned premium colours, specifically designed to match the visual quality of real timber boards, including grey, charcoal, chocolate, teak and antique. Our fencing is also colour matched to our composite decking, composite cladding and composite balustrade systems, meaning you can create a perfect, consistent NeoTimber® solution to your outdoor space.
