It’s business as usual for us, here at NeoTimber (almost)! A quick message to stress that our sales and logistics teams are still operating within their means and are open for business.

We are pleased to announce we are now offering both an Economy Delivery Service (7-10 working days) as well as an Express Delivery Service (3-5 working days) for items in stock, ensuring our customer’s requirements are met – even on the tightest of deadlines! The health and wellbeing of both our customers and employees continues to remain of upmost importance to us. In order to prevent the spread of infection, NeoTimber continues to offer a ‘‘non-contact delivery’’ and pick-up service. We continue to impose a series of strict adjustments to our office environment, product handling procedures, and logistics schedules, in line with the advice outlined by Public Health England, and we will continue to do so for as long as it is advised.

NeoTimber continues to monitor the situation in the UK daily and will advise its customers of any changes imposed by the government immediately.
