Important Customer Notice Regarding COVID-19
NeoTimber remains open for business. We understand that many people will be reacting to the latest measures imposed by the UK government in relation to the COVID-19 virus, but we are keen to stress that our sales and logistics teams are still operating within their means and operating business as usual. We continue to work hard to ensure deliveries are made and our customer’s requirements are met during these challenging times.
The health and wellbeing of both our customers and employees remain of upmost priority and NeoTimber are implementing measures to help prevent the spread of any infection, working in line with the preventative guidance outlined by Public Health England. In order to reduce the level of contact during deliveries, we are introducing the following measures:
- Our delivery teams can operate a “non-contact delivery” service, whereby customers will have the option of receiving their items without any contact from our delivery team. We advise customers reach-out to us ahead of delivery to inform our logistics and delivery team of this preference.
- We are imposing a series of strict adjustments to our product handling procedures, in line with the advise outlined by Public Health England.
NeoTimber continues to monitor the situation in the UK daily and will advise its customers of any changes imposed by the government immediately.
