How are NeoTimber goods delivered?

The majority of orders are delivered on a long wheel based van by a member of our dedicated NeoTimber delivery team. For larger deliveries, we tend to select a more suitable heavy goods vehicle with a higher weight capacity. Our logistics team always contact customers ahead of delivery to run through the in’s and out’s and we will never just turn up unannounced!
