NeoTimber® has two delivery services for you to choose from: the Express option, which delivers to you within 3-5 working days, or our Economy option, which delivers to you within 7-10 working days. After your decking order has been picked our logistics team will contact you with a proposed delivery date and time, and to discuss any special requirements you may have. Because of NeoTimber’s high product quality and durability, we are able to offer a Limited 25-Year Warranty for residential applications (10-year for commercial applications) that covers material defects on all NeoTimber composite decking planks.
